Welcome to Nanicto. By accessing our public website or utilizing our managed services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Service Scope & Remote Limitations
Nanicto LLC provides **remote technology services only** unless separately contracted otherwise. Hardware repairs, physical device replacements, and local on-site visits are explicitly excluded from standard service scopes. Standard boundaries are specified strictly inside individual corporate agreements.
2. Custom Pricing & ACH Options
Pricing is customized for each client. For reference, standard individual accounts average USD 300–800/year; professional accounts average USD 800–2,000/year; business accounts average USD 2,000–10,000+/year. Prepayment discounts of 10% apply for 3-year commitments, and 15% for 5-year commitments. Clients who pay via ACH bank transfers save USD 49 on eligible transactions.
3. Chargeback Risk Mitigation
To minimize card dispute vulnerabilities, Nanicto LLC requires written proposals, detailed itemized invoices, formal customer acceptance of terms, detailed service logs, and project completion confirmations before billing occurs.
